According to Spirit Halloween: Death waits for no one! Once midnight strikes the Reaper Rider is off and on their way to secure their next victim! Known for his terrifying cackle and wicked eyes you know exactly what’s coming next once you get a glimpse of the Reaper Rider for yourself! He died doing what he loved and now he loves everything about death!
When activated by a sensor or step pad the Reaper Ride and his horse come to life! As the horse starts kicking the reaper begins talking and says one of six different phrases.
“Here you are I found you at last! In disguise no less, but don’t ever think you can fool the reaper. Come along quietly, or I will have to run you down the old fashioned way; Harvesting your soul with my scythe.”
“I know that most are very hesitant to come along with the Reaper. The nights and days will run together in a dark, gray fog, without your soul to keep you company. Onward to the after life!”
“There you are cowering before me. It is time to give up that pathetic soul and come along nicely. Giving up your soul so close to All Hallow’s Eve is quite lucky… for ME that is!”
“There you are cowering before me. It is time to give up that pathetic soul and come along nicely. Don’t get any ideas about running away, my horse and my scythe will make quick work of you!”
(Horse whinnies followed by evil laughter)
“It is getting darker so let me show you the way. It can be treachourous trying to get to the afterlife. Follow me, this way.”
Reaper Ride isn’t the cheapest animatronic at Spirit Halloween. In fact, he’s actually one of the highest. At $549.99 the Reaper Ride won’t come cheap. But at seven feet tall, you are getting your money’s worth, especially when you take into consideration that you are actually getting two props in one, the reaper and his horse!
